OX TRAILER END OF YEAR PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Ox Equipment Group Pty Ltd ABN 54 651 287 820, trading as Ox Trailers, of 1/28 Hub Crescent, Heathwood QLD 4110 (“Ox Trailer”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Promotion Period
The Ox Trailer End of Year Promotion (“Promotion”) commences on 2 November 2026 and ends at 4:00pm AEST on 18 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To qualify for the Promotion, an eligible trailer order must be placed and secured by payment of the required deposit during the Promotion Period.
Orders placed or secured before 2 November 2026 or after 4:00pm AEST on 18 December 2026 are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must:
- be aged 18 years or over, or purchase on behalf of an Australian-registered business;
- place a new order for an eligible Ox Trailer during the Promotion Period;
- pay the required deposit during the Promotion Period to secure the order; and
- comply with these Terms & Conditions.
For the purpose of this Promotion, an order is considered placed once the required deposit has been received and the order has been confirmed by Ox Trailer.
The Promotion applies only to orders secured during the Promotion Period.
Orders placed before 2 November 2026 are not eligible, regardless of whether a deposit balance, progress payment, final payment, trailer completion, collection or handover occurs during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing order.
4. Eligible Trailers
The Promotion applies to all new Ox Trailer purchases ordered and secured during the Promotion Period.
This includes eligible in-stock trailers and trailers funded through a third-party finance provider, provided the trailer order itself is placed and secured during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion does not apply to:
- parts or accessories purchased separately from a trailer;
- servicing, repairs or modification work;
- used trailers;
- orders placed before 2 November 2026;
- orders placed after the Promotion Period has ended;
- cancelled, refunded or reversed orders; or
- any transaction that does not otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Promotional Gift
Customers who place an eligible trailer order during the Promotion Period may select one promotional gift per order from the available gift options.
The available promotional gift options are:
- ArcMate Fire Pit + Pizza Oven
- Full-Width Rear Mudflap — custom engraving not included
- Tuff Terrain 300LPM Automatic Compressor Kit
- Stainless Steel Dropside Capping
The applicable retail value of each gift is as stated on the Promotion landing page and associated promotional material.
Promotional gifts are valued at up to $560, depending on the gift selected.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance, specifications or product packaging may vary.
6. One Gift Per Order
Customers are entitled to one promotional gift per eligible trailer order, regardless of the number of trailers included within that order.
For fleet or multiple-trailer orders, one promotional gift will apply to the overall order unless otherwise expressly agreed by an authorised Ox Trailer salesperson or management representative.
Any additional promotional entitlement must be confirmed by Ox Trailer.
7. Gift Selection
Customers must nominate their preferred promotional gift from the available options.
Gift selection is strictly subject to availability.
Selection of a particular gift does not guarantee that the item will remain available at the time of trailer handover.
Once a promotional gift has been selected and confirmed, the selection cannot be changed except with the approval of Ox Trailer.
8. Gift Availability and Substitution
All promotional gifts are subject to stock and supplier availability.
Ox Trailer does not guarantee the availability of any particular gift, brand, model, specification or configuration throughout the Promotion Period or until the trailer is completed.
If a selected gift is unavailable, discontinued, delayed or otherwise unable to be supplied, Ox Trailer reserves the right to:
- offer another available promotional gift;
- substitute the selected gift with a comparable product; or
- provide an alternative promotional item of similar or greater value.
Where a substitution is required, Ox Trailer will determine an appropriate replacement acting reasonably.
No cash compensation will be provided because a customer's preferred promotional gift is unavailable.
9. Provision of Promotional Gift
The promotional gift will generally be provided at the time of trailer handover, subject to the selected gift being available.
Where the selected gift is temporarily unavailable at the time of handover, Ox Trailer may arrange for the gift or an approved substitute to be supplied separately at a later date.
Promotional gifts are not offered as a separately freighted item prior to trailer handover.
The customer is not entitled to request separate freight or delivery of the gift instead of receiving it in connection with the trailer handover unless specifically agreed by Ox Trailer.
10. No Cash Alternative
Promotional gifts are not redeemable for cash, credit, refund or an equivalent discount.
The stated value of a promotional gift cannot be deducted from the purchase price of the trailer.
Customers cannot request the cash value of a gift instead of receiving the promotional item.
11. Gift Value
Any promotional gift value stated by Ox Trailer is based on the applicable retail, recommended retail or estimated retail value of the product at the time the Promotion was prepared.
Actual retail prices may vary between suppliers, retailers, sales periods and locations.
Customers are not entitled to receive any difference between the promotional value stated by Ox Trailer and the price at which the same or a similar product may be available elsewhere.
12. Order Date and Deposit Determine Eligibility
Eligibility for this Promotion is determined by the date the eligible trailer order is secured with the required deposit and confirmed by Ox Trailer.
Eligibility is not determined by the date of:
- quotation;
- balance payment;
- progress payment;
- final payment;
- trailer manufacture or completion;
- registration;
- collection; or
- handover.
A quotation alone does not secure eligibility for the Promotion.
Where a customer receives a quotation during the Promotion Period but does not pay the required deposit and secure the order before 4:00pm AEST on 18 December 2026, the order will not qualify for the Promotion.
13. Existing Orders
Orders secured before 2 November 2026 are not eligible for the Promotion.
This applies regardless of whether the trailer:
- has not yet entered production;
- is currently in production;
- has not yet been paid for in full;
- is awaiting completion;
- is awaiting collection or handover; or
- is completed or paid for during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is available exclusively to eligible orders secured during the stated Promotion Period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
14. Third-Party Finance
Trailers purchased using finance arranged independently or through a third-party finance provider may qualify for the Promotion.
The relevant trailer order must still be placed, confirmed and secured during the Promotion Period.
Any finance approval process does not extend the Promotion Period.
If finance is not approved and the trailer order is cancelled, the promotional entitlement will also cease.
15. Deposits and Payment
The required deposit must be received by Ox Trailer during the Promotion Period to secure eligibility.
All remaining payments must be made in accordance with the customer's order, invoice and Ox Trailer's standard payment terms.
Failure to complete payment or otherwise proceed with the trailer purchase may result in the promotional entitlement being cancelled.
16. Cancellation or Change of Order
If an eligible trailer order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise does not proceed to completion, the customer's entitlement to the promotional gift will automatically cease.
If the promotional gift has already been supplied and the associated trailer order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, Ox Trailer may, to the extent permitted by law:
- require the promotional gift to be returned in new and unused condition; or
- deduct the applicable promotional value from any refund or amount otherwise payable.
Ox Trailer reserves the right to reassess eligibility if an order is materially altered after it has been placed.
17. Other Offers and Promotions
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Ox Trailer promotion, promotional gift or special offer, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Ox Trailer in writing.
Where another discount or commercial arrangement applies to an order, Ox Trailer reserves the right to determine whether that order remains eligible for the End of Year Promotion.
18. Full-Width Rear Mudflap
Where a customer selects the Full-Width Rear Mudflap as their promotional gift, the standard promotional item is included.
Custom engraving is not included as part of the promotional gift.
Any additional customisation requested by the customer may incur an additional cost and must be separately quoted and agreed.
19. Stainless Steel Dropside Capping
Where Stainless Steel Dropside Capping is selected, its suitability and configuration will be subject to the specification and design of the trailer ordered.
Ox Trailer reserves the right to confirm that this promotional option can reasonably be fitted to the relevant trailer configuration.
If Stainless Steel Dropside Capping is not suitable for the customer's trailer, the customer will be required to select another available promotional gift.
20. Third-Party Products
Some promotional gifts are manufactured or supplied by third parties.
References to third-party brands, manufacturers or products do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
All third-party product names, brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
21. Product Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty applying to a third-party promotional product is provided subject to the relevant manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
22. Changes to the Promotion
To the extent permitted by law, Ox Trailer reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances including:
- gift availability;
- supplier shortages;
- product discontinuation;
- administrative or technical errors;
- circumstances outside Ox Trailer's reasonable control; or
- other circumstances affecting the reasonable operation of the Promotion.
Any changes will not affect rights already accrued by an eligible customer except where necessary and permitted by law.
23. Errors and Promotional Material
Ox Trailer reserves the right to correct any genuine error, omission, typographical error, pricing error or misstatement contained in promotional material.
Where there is an inconsistency between general promotional material and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will apply to the extent permitted by law.
24. Misuse of the Promotion
Ox Trailer may refuse or cancel a promotional entitlement where it reasonably believes that:
- false or misleading information has been provided;
- the Promotion has been manipulated or misused;
- the relevant transaction does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions; or
- there has been fraud, dishonesty or other improper conduct.
25. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ox Trailer will not be responsible for loss, delay or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays or shortages affecting third-party promotional products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
26. Australian Consumer Law
These Terms & Conditions operate in addition to any rights available to customers under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Ox Trailer to:
- process and administer the customer's trailer order;
- administer the Promotion;
- arrange the promotional gift;
- contact the customer regarding their purchase; and
- undertake activities reasonably connected with fulfilling the order and Promotion.
Where necessary, relevant information may be provided to third-party suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling the promotional entitlement.
28. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Promotion and placing an eligible order, the customer is taken to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
29. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
