THE
SPECS
The main design feature of the trailer chassis is the 5mm 350* grade steel, C-Section Channel that runs the full length of the trailer allowing the chassis to flex and move as it negotiates rough road terrain.
The fabricated chassis is made of
laser cut, CNC folded, 350 grade*, open chassis members allowing for easy wash down and cleaning, with no enclosed areas where mud, sand and salt can get trapped and cause corrosion.
*350 grade is higher tensile steel. Box Section is 300 grade and most C sections are 300.

Load Sharing Leaf Spring Suspension Set
The Load Sharing Leaf spring suspension set ensures a safe and stable trailer on and off-road.
The load sharing system distributes weight evenly between the two wheels ensuring the load remains level and the weight strain isn't put on one wheel.
12 inch Electric Drum Brakes
Electric drum brakes provide a safe and reliable braking solution.
We provide a 12-inch drum brake as these are heavy duty and robust.
3000 kg 65mm Square Steel Axles
The 3000kg 65mm Square steel axles result in a stronger, yet lighter suspension set-up. The steel size of 65mm ensures the trailer can safely carry over 3000kg.
Dual Row Taper Roller Bearings
Each trailer has 4 Dual Row Taper Roller Bearings.
These are 3000kg each, with a triple lip marine seal with a secondary O-Ring seal incorporated into the dust cap.
These come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty.
16-inch wheels, 5 Stud Landcruiser Pattern and 5 - All Terrain 235RI6/75 New Tyres
Each trailer is fitted with All Terrain 235RI6 / 75 New Tyres.
These tyres are equipped with 16-inch wheels with a 5 Stud Landcruiser Pattern.
Ratchet Trailer Handbrake and 50mm Coupling
The service trailer is fitted with a ratchet trailer handbrake as standard. This must be applied when the trailer is not in motion, to ensure that the trailer remains immobile when parked, especially on an incline.
The 50mm Coupler comes standard with all 3500kgs ATM Trailers and is able to be swapped to a 70mm Coupler if registering the trailer at 4500kgs ATM.
Break-Away System
The trailer Break-Away System is the ultimate emergency brake. It is designed to bring the trailer to a stop in the unlikely event it breaks away from the tow vehicle.

Service Trailer Spring Mounting System
Our unique mounting system reduces the shock/vibration distributed to the Aluminium canopy from the road conditions and is absorbed through this unique engineered mounting system. This reduces stress on the canopy, dramatically reducing cracking and fatigue over time.
2.5mm Aluminium fully Welded Monocoque Design
The canopy is fully monocoque, forged with CNC Laser Cut and folded 2.5mm aluminium plate .
Precision Laser cut and CNC Folded components
The entire canopy is designed to be laser cut and CNC folded to optimal accuracy.
Internal sheet metal bracing for added rigidity around door openings
The internal sheet metal bracing gives added rigidity for the doors and the internal structure of the canopy. This allows the canopy to support more load on the outside of the trailer, and protect the inside.
Reinforced side-opening doors.
The reinforced, side opening doors of the service trailer canopy have 2-point anti-theft locking for safe and secure equipment storage. These doors are fully sealed and are dust and water tight.
Pinchweld sealed door opening with a full-length hinge.
The canopy doors are fitted with a pinchweld seal around the full opening and are secured via a full length hinge on the topside.
High-tensile fasteners and structural grade rivets
Securing the doors and internal components of the service trailer are high-tensile fasteners and structural grade rivets.
